Additionally, the Washington State Department of Health has inked a deal for 19,012 sf in the project, and Odom Corporation is taking possession of 9,252 sf. Altogether, the property is now over the 50% occupancy mark following an extensive renovation by Intralock LLC. Though the length of the leases was not made available, space at CenterPoint is going for $17-$19/sf net.
