In connection with the restructuring, Viant will take a fourth quarter 2000 charge of between $5 million to $7 million, most of it related to closure of the Dallas office. The company expects to save approximately $18 million based through the restructuring program.

Viant, which has its corporate headquarters at 89 South St. here, also has operations in Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, London, Los Angeles, Munich, New York, San Francisco and the Silicon Valley.
