ATLANTA-Urban Media Communications Corp. is leasing 74,470 sf at Brookside/100 at Brookside Commerce for an estimated 10 years. The estimated value of the transaction is $15 million. Average park asking rents are $21.50 per sf, or $7 to $10 lower per sf than space closer in and around the perimeter submarket, about 15 miles from the city.

Brookside Commerce is in Alpharetta, GA, 25 miles north of Downtown. Urban Media is taking about 71% of the five-story, 127,500-sf building.The Alpharetta/North Fulton submarket, along the GA 400 corridor, continues to attract companies seeking to locate near employees’ homes to reduce commuting time.
