Known as the Korea Town Association, the group paid $2.2 million for the six-story building, at 3727 West 6th St. in Koreatown. The complex offers a concierge service, on-site management, food service and covered parking.

Lucky Realty, a relatively small brokerage based in LA, represented both the buyer and seller, JKS Investment Group.
