The Building 311 property is the largest building at the Arsenal on the Charles, which consists of more than 700,000 sf housed in 20 buildings. It is one of the newest and most highly touted large office parks in the Boston area, CRESA Partner officials say. The O'Neill Properties Group LP owns the complex.
By March 2001, the space will be completely rehabilitated for LavaStorm, which needed to expand operations and relocate from its 31,000-sf headquarters at 160 Lincoln St. in Waltham. CRESA's Project Management Team will be providing construction management for LavaStorm during the office rehabilitation project at its new headquarters space.
CRESA Partners' vice president Karl Blumberg, represented LavaStorm in the sublease deal with Arthur D. Little Co., the leaseholder. Trammel Crow dealt for Arthur D. Little.
