Internet Services Firm Signs 79,741-SF Sublease

WATERTOWN, MA-LavaStorm, an Internet solutions company, has signed a 79,471 sf sublease of Building 311 at the Arsenal on the Charles here. The firm is relocating from its 31,000-sf HQ at 160 Lincoln St.

WATERTOWN, MA-CRESA Partners’ Boston office reports it has brokered a 79,471 sf sublease deal with LavaStorm, and Internet solutions company, at Building 311 at the Arsenal on the Charles (321 Arsenal St.) here.

The Building 311 property is the largest building at the Arsenal on the Charles, which consists of more than 700,000 sf housed in 20 buildings. It is one of the newest and most highly touted large office parks in the Boston area, CRESA Partner officials say. The O’Neill Properties Group LP owns the complex.
