Valued at $1.08 million, the decision to lease the new facility represents a relocation and expansion of the company's furniture distribution business. The lessee was represented in the deal by Ashwill & Associates.
In the second transaction, Lee & Associates-Newport Inc. represented the seller in the sale of a 24,922-sf industrial unit, located at 1350 Lambert in Brea, to Vesuki Inc. The $2.18 million deal represents an expansion for the aerospace manufacturer. The seller was W.L. Butler Construction Inc. The buyer was represented by Lee & Associates-Orange Inc.
