Livermore Business Center Nabs New Tenant

LIVERMORE, CA-Cybeq Systems will lease 28,135-sf in the Livermore Business Center for its new headquarters. The company is moving from 52,000-sf in Milpitas.

The Livermore Business Center is located at 203 Lawrence Drive. Ned Wood and Mark Triska of Colliers International represented Livermore Business Center in the lease negotiation. Cybeq Systems was represented by Prudential Realty's Steve Tao.

"Livermore is growing as a high-tech center," says Ned Wood, senior sales consultant at Colliers International in Pleasanton. "Its lower cost, while still located in the Bay Area, makes this an attractive location for businesses."
