Fuel Pizza, a two-year-old, locally-based firm, plans to take 1,900 sf at Camden Park, the corner's new name. Average rents are $22 per sf. Construction on the two-story building is scheduled for January. The developers and Fuel Pizza principals Jeremy Wladis and Stephen Duncombe believe the revived corner will attract future development.
