Trammell Crow Hires Retail Property Manager

AUSTIN-Trammell Crow is putting on a new retail property manager. The new hire hails from Miami, where had overseen a portfolio in excess of 950,000 sf for Healthcare Realty Services in Miami.

Villamil is one of three managers with the company and will oversee retail leasing in territory from Round Rock to the South Austin area. Prior to joining Trammell Crow, she had worked for Healthcare Realty Services in Miami, where she had managed a portfolio of more than 950,000 sf. Villamil has more than 12 years commercial property management experience with extensive knowledge of asset and property management, lease administration and contract negotiations.
