Concord, a CD and DVD replication, packaging and distribution company, will use the new facility, located on a 6.23-acre site, to expand and relocate its operation, which is currently located in Brea. The new facility was formerly occupied by Seagate Technology.

Concord has already started the relocation process and is expected to occupy and be fully operational in the new facility by February 2001.

Brokers from Cushman & Wakefield's Irvine office represented the lessor, Seagate Technology, and the building's owner, Ismos Investments, and Ashwill & Associates' Orange office represented Concord in the transaction.
