HOUSTON-A new 63,373-sf Kroger Signature Store has opened in the 130,000-sf Sterling Ridge Village Center, located at the intersection of Woodlands Parkway and Kuykendahl Road.
Kroger is an anchor tenant in the center, along with Eckerd Drug and Perry's Grille & Steakhouse Restaurant. This is the fifth village center in The Woodlands. It is now 90% leased to a mix of specialty stores, restaurants and service businesses, with a March grand opening planned.
Other tenants include Blockbuster, Crescent City Beignets, Exxon Tigermart, Mail Boxes Etc., McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Sport Clips, State Farm, Sterling Ridge Cleaners and Woodforest National Bank.
