The 11-story Chatham Centre is a multi-tenant office building at 1901 N. Roselle Rd., the southeast corner of Roselle and Interstate 90. It was 97% leased at the time of sale. The adjacent site could accommodate a 219,000-sf facility, which could be used for office, hotel, retail, health or entertainment purposes.
The seller, Pittsburgh-based WCB Properties, was represented by Brian Nagle, Paul Lundstedt, Robert Marquardt and John Gavin of Cushman & Wakefield. The buyer represented itself in the transaction.
