The tenant is a bandwidth service provider for metro transport services. Looking Glass will use the space for its regional office. The firm provides a building facilities-based, multiple conduit, dense fiber count network in the top 25 US markets.
The Colonnade Tower II is a 314,125-sf structure that is part of a class-A, three-building complex totaling 984,254 rentable sf. The complex, a mix of office and retail, is located at the intersection of Dallas North Tollway and Arapaho Road in Addison.
The pact has been sealed via Equity Office's FasTrack process, which cuts leasing time in half. Jones Lang LaSalle has represented Looking Glass in the negotiations while Equity Office has used an in-house broker.
