The 108,887-sf Pomona Gateway Shopping Center stands at 1955 N. Indian Hill Ave. Tenants include Vons, Pic 'n Save, Parnelli Jones Auto Services, Quality Gas and Burger King. These tenants will be joined by an 81,000-sf Superior Super Warehouse, which the buyer, privately held SOL Properties LLC, plans to open early next year.
The buyer was represented by Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach and Ontario offices. The seller, Center Trust Retail Properties, was represented by CB Richard Ellis' San Diego office.
