Software Manufacturer Leases Larger Space in Irvine Spectrum for Growing Operation

NEWPORT BEACH, CA-The Irvine Company approved Access360's request to relocate to a larger facility before the company's original lease ended. Both facilities are in the Irvine Spectrum area.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA-Having outgrown it current space in the Irvine Spectrum area, Access360 has signed a new lease for a larger 62,814-sf facility in Irvine Spectrum’s Discovery Business Center. Details of the agreement were not disclosed.

Located at 15440 Laguna Canyon Rd., the firm, which is the world’s leading provider of resource provisioning management software, is expected to occupy the new facility in January 2001.

“Our employee base has grown almost fourfold since we opened our doors in Irvine Spectrum in January 2000,” says Yuri Pikover, president/CEO of Access360. “The Irvine Company has not only supported our growth, but has helped facilitate it by allowing us to relocate our headquarters to a more appropriate space within their portfolio prior to the expiration of our original lease.”
