Momentum software, an e-business solutions company, has signed a four-year lease with InSignia to occupy 15,073 sf in Hartland Plaza at 1717 W. Sixth St. The 167,303-sf plaza is owned by Lake Austin Commons Ltd. The space had been occupied by Clinicor, which has closed its business. Momentum's move to Hartland Plaza is a result of the company's expansion, an Insignia source tells GlobeSt.com.
InSignia also has signed 2nd Wave Inc., an IT management services company, to a five-year lease for 15,788 sf at Centennial Towers, a 158,846-sf office tower at 505 E. Huntland Dr. Insignia says the 2nd Wave move is a result of the company's growth and the lease includes an option for further expansion.
Allstate Insurance previously, which had occupied the space, has since relocated to Riata Corporate Center.
Insignia/ESG manages more than 1.2 million sf of office, industrial and retail/mall space in Austin and more than 230 million sf nationwide.
