This is the latest move by Mazda, which relocated its operations from the Irvine Spectrum to Ontario back in July. The newly leased facility is located at 4305 E. Jurupa.

Brokers from Lee & Associates' Irvine and Ontario offices represented Mazda Motors of America in the transaction. The lessor, EJM Development, was represented by CB Richard Ellis' Ontario office.
