The new lease deal was announced by Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the 22,000 sf, 12-story office building. A.G. Edwards represented itself in the lease negotiations. W&M represented the building owner, the Malkin family, in the transaction.
