RREEF, a national REIT, purchased the concrete tilt-up property approximately three years ago, according to Todd Clarke of Kidder Mathews & Segner, Tacoma, the leasing agent. Clarke tells GlobeSt.com the property is currently commanding $4.20 per sf per month. The balance of the building (135,480 sf) is leased by Simpson Timber, a Tacoma company.

Other Kidder Mathews' brokers involved in the Pickering deal were Mark Clirehugh and Bill Frame. Nationally, RREEF has approximately 345 properties under management, with acquisition offices in New York, Chicago and San Francisco.
