Lease Fills Out RREEF Industrial Property

TACOMA, WA-Pickering Inc. takes 44,500 sf in the East 11th Street property, bringing the 180,000-sf building to 100% leased. Simpson Timber, a Tacoma company, leases the balance of the building.

TACOMA, WA-The 180,000 sf industrial property owned by RREEF at 922 East 11th St. is now fully leased, following a seven-year deal for 44,520 sf taken by Pickering Inc. Tacoma-based Pickering is a manufacturer of laminate flooring, and this is only one of several manufacturing sites it has in the Tacoma area.

RREEF, a national REIT, purchased the concrete tilt-up property approximately three years ago, according to Todd Clarke of Kidder Mathews & Segner, Tacoma, the leasing agent. Clarke tells GlobeSt.com the property is currently commanding $4.20 per sf per month. The balance of the building (135,480 sf) is leased by Simpson Timber, a Tacoma company.
