The building will be at the northeast corner of County Line Road and Santa Fe Drive. Floor plates will be around 32,500 sf. Triple net leases will start at $17.50 to $18.50 per sf, with a five-year lease term. Tenant improvement allowances will average about $24 per sf.
The project will be visible from C-470, part of a loop around the metro area and is near the new 600,000-sf Lucent Technologies/Avaya Technologies in nearby Highlands Ranch.
