Warehouse leasing has been particularly brisk. 5301 Clinton Drive Ltd. has leased a 149,750-sf warehouse at 5301 Clinton to Sural USA, while First Industrial Realty Trust has leased an 81,875-sf industrial warehouse at 5050 Campbell and a 47,880-sf warehouse at 4300 Pine Timbers to Southern Warehouse Corp.

Office leasing has been equally active. Equity Office Properties has leased an additional 34,000 sf in Brookhollow Central II to Travelers Indemnity Co., while Cable & Wireless Co. has negotiated a 20,923-sf lease in the Ashford VII Office Building at 900 Threadneedle from landlord Teachers Insurance & Annuity Association. Parsons Brickenhoff has occupied 12,038 sf in the Gateway II Office Building at 15333 JFK Blvd. under a lease from Amberjack Ltd.

Prologis Industrial Trust has closed two leases, including 25,365 sf at 1201 W. Loop South to Stephens Office Supply and 25,938 sf of industrial space at 7232 Wynnwood to Wheel & Tire Design. James Kwak is taking 8,560 sf in Richmond Plaza 1 at 9800 Richmond from BMS Management.
