The 10 live/work units will be located on the ground level along with commercial space. The 93 condos will be located throughout the remaining three levels, according to Don Fleming, an interim principal planner for Millbrae. The four-level, 171,183-sf building will also include a two-level parking garage, a courtyard, swimming pool and a fitness clubhouse for its residents. The close proximity to the Millbrae BART station and SamTrans bus lines will provide easy access to transportation.
Prime Pacific Global is putting up $45 million for the development, which is being designed by Mill Valley-based Architecture International. Ground-breaking on the 18-month construction project is scheduled to begin March 2001. The complex was previously owned by Shirlin Wong.
