Building II, a 217,000 sf, nine-story office building, is the second of the 630,000-sf, three-building Westpark Corporate Center complex. The building is also houses marchFIRST. Phase I, a 269,000-square-foot building is home to the regional office of Ernst & Young and Patton Boggs, and has a McCormick & Schmick's restaurant. The complex is situated at the corner of Route 7 and Westpark Drive in Tysons Corner.

The Westpark Corporate Center complex is a joint venture of the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company and the National Automobile Dealers Association. The Mark Winkler Co. served as the fee developer for the project, with Bovis acting as general contractor. The design architect for the project was Leo A. Daly. Davis, Carter & Scott was the architect for Phase II.
