Northwestern Mutual Executes Three Major Leases at Westpark Corporate Center

TYSONS CORNER, VA-Three major lease transactions for Building II of the Westpark Corporate Center bring its occupancy rate to 95%. According to officials on the development team for Westpark Corporate Center, EMC leased 89,105 sf, which is a portion of the sixth floor and all of the seventh, eighth and ninth floors. Legg Mason leased 11,081 sf and Northwestern Mutual Life took 8,481 sf. The firm is moving its regional real estate investment office to the building.

Building II, a 217,000 sf, nine-story office building, is the second of the 630,000-sf, three-building Westpark Corporate Center complex. The building is also houses marchFIRST. Phase I, a 269,000-square-foot building is home to the regional office of Ernst & Young and Patton Boggs, and has a McCormick & Schmick’s restaurant. The complex is situated at the corner of Route 7 and Westpark Drive in Tysons Corner.
