Clyde C. Dollens has sold 9.6 acres to Polycam Products. Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group has represented the seller and Caleb Watson, the buyer. The other tract, consisting of 4.3 acres, has been picked up from Alton Laskowski and Elian F. Laskowski, again with Lawson as representative.

Metro's Light Rail also has gotten part of what it wants for Christmas with the purchase of 33 acres at Fannin and West Belfort for its project. The sellers are Leonard Rauch, trustee for A-K Texas Venture Capital and Linda Hudson. Orr Realty and Quest Properties acted on the sellers' behalf.

Seyed H. Moosavideen has acquired one acre at the northeast corner of Old Spanish Trail and Almeda near the Texas Medical Center for retail development. The seller is John S. Van De Mark.

Three medical buildings, comprising 45,332 sf, at 530 N. Sam Houston Parkway have been sold by Kavoian & Winn to Northbelt Medical Investments, with Coldwell Banker-Swilley Hudson Co. representing the seller.

A 12,880-sf shopping center at 16615-21 Jersey Dr. has been purchased by Joe Myers Dealership Property LP from Schinas & Schinas Investments. Quest Properties represented the seller and V.T. Inc., the buyer. And, Sellers Brothers Investments is the buyer of a 13,000-sf office and service building at 4580 S. Wayside. The property is being sold by Wayside Properties LLC. Greater Houston Commercial Properties acted on the buyer's behalf.
