Bayer Pharmaceutical Division Expands North American HQ

MILFORD, CT-Bayer Corp. has renewed and expanded its tenancy at two buildings on Wheelers Farms Road here where it now occupies 95,500 sf of space for the North American headquarters of its Pharmaceutical Division.

MILFORD, CT-Cushman & Wakefield reports that Bayer Corp. has renewed and expanded its presence in Milford. The company now occupies nearly 100,000 sf of space at two buildings on Wheelers Farms Road.

Jay Hruska, senior director of C&W’s Connecticut office, which represented Bayer in the negotiation, notes that in addition to extending its approximately 70,000 sf lease at 488 Wheeler’s Farms Road, Bayer has elected to expand and sublease one additional floor encompassing 25,500 sf at 478 Wheelers Farms Road from Inter-Tel Corporation.
