Commerce One reportedly wants to build four six-story buildings totaling of 760,000 sf. Construction would be completed in three phases, with each building totaling approximately 190,000 sf. Other notable high-tech companies making significant plans in East Dublin include Cisco Systems Inc., Sun Microsystems and Siebel Systems.
