Elevator Products Corp. Moves into New HQ

WAYNE, NJ-Subsidiary of a Swiss-owned company will use the more than 53,000-sf facility for its office, manufacturing and distribution operations. The company scouted several North Jersey locations before selecting this one.

WAYNE, NJ-Elevator Products Corp. has signed a long-term lease for an entire 53,380-sf building here to serve as the company’s headquarters. The facility, which is owned by Joseph L. Muscarelle, Inc., will also house the company’s manufacturing and distribution operations.

Elevator Products Corp. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Morristown, NJ-based Schindler Elevator Co., which itself is the North American operating entity of the Swiss-based Schindler Group. Schindler Elevator employs over 6,000 people at some 245 locations.
