The operation is relocating from a smaller facility in Seagoville, says Lizzy Pappachen, one of two Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. brokers who had sealed the pact. The building owner has been represented by The Industrial Group. TRP International is a manufacturer and distributor of axle parts, which is based in Bloomington, IN.

Also relocating is Sensormatic Electronics. The firm is taking 7,695 sf in Lewisville and vacating its Carrollton-Farmers Branch location.

Susan McClure of Cushman & Wakefield, who brokered the deal, says the company has yet to move into its new location at Vista Ridge, 750 State Highway 121. The property is owned by Realty Associates Fund V. McClure has represented the tenant in the deal and Myers & Crowe, the building owner.

Sensormatic Electronics designs, manufactures and markets electronic security, sensing and tracking systems. Its surveillance products include reusable hard tags and disposable labels, as well as detection and deactivation systems.

In a third pact this week, Cushman & Wakefield brokers also have signed Western Rim to 8,947 sf at 121 Business Park, located at 601 Canyon Dr. in Coppell. The property is owned by Coppell 121 Partners LP. Cushman & Wakefield has represented all parties in the transaction.
