Three Businesses Head for New Metroplex Space

DALLAS-Time for a change, say three business operators who sign for new space in the metroplex. The Cushman & Wakefield has brokered deals totaling 25,820 sf for industrial sites in Dallas, Lewisville and Coppell.

DALLAS-TRP International has signed for 9,178 sf in a five-year lease at Perimeter II, a RREEF-owned property at 11910 Shiloh Rd., Dallas.

The operation is relocating from a smaller facility in Seagoville, says Lizzy Pappachen, one of two Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. brokers who had sealed the pact. The building owner has been represented by The Industrial Group. TRP International is a manufacturer and distributor of axle parts, which is based in Bloomington, IN.

Also relocating is Sensormatic Electronics. The firm is taking 7,695 sf in Lewisville and vacating its Carrollton-Farmers Branch location.
