TRW Inc. Renews At Advance Realty Group's Professional Place Site

LANHAM, MD-Defense contractor TRW renewed the lease for its 50,345 sf facility at 8300 Professional Place for an undisclosed selling price. The company has occupied this site for five years.

LANHAM, MD-TRW, a defense contractor, is planning to stay right where it is, for now. David J. Fisher, Advance Realty Group’s senior vice president and regional managing director, says TRW Inc. has signed a lease renewal for an undisclosed amount for its 50,456 sf facility at 8300 Professional Place here. The company has occupied this site for five years.

Fisher negotiated the renewal for Advance Realty Group while Robert Shue of Spaulding and Slye represented TRW. Advance Realty Group owns approximately one-million sf in the suburban Washington, DC marketplace.
