The Austin-based company provides Internet access for travelers in Austin's Bergstrom International Airport, Seattle/Tacoma International Airport and Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport. The company also has agreements with the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts worldwide, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, and Sonesta Hotels and Resorts.
Wayport has targeted Chicago hotels for partnerships because of the city's location as a travel hub, says Dave Vucina, Wayport's CEO. The wired Chicago hotels are Hotel Allegro Chicago; Summerfield Suites, Downtown; Sutton Place Hotel; Suburban Lodge Chicago in Downers Grove; Doubletree Guest Suites, Chicago North/Glenview; Wyndham Northwest Chicago; Wyndham Garden Hotel in Naperville; Summerfield Suites in Schaumburg; Clubhouse Inn Westmont; and Wyndham Garden Hotel in Wood Dale.
Wayport is in the process of linking Wyndham Garden Hotel in Buffalo Grove; the Ambassador West, a Wyndham-owned historic property; Suburban Lodge of Chicago at O'Hare Airport; Wyndham Garden Hotel in Schaumburg and Four Points by Sheraton Chicago at O'Hare Airport.
The four-year-old Wayport, headquartered in Austin, is located at 8303 N. Mopac Blvd. in the Humana Buildings.
