USCO Distribution Services is taking an extra 55,309 sf, bringing its total to 70,000 of industrial space in the warehouse. Denver-based Fuller and Co. has negotiated the lease.California-based Majestic's third phase will total 350,000 sf in two warehouses buildings, which will come to market in June.
