The law firm, which has 29 offices worldwide, signed a deal for 4,367 sf of space on the fifth floor and is scheduled to take occupancy in January 2001, according to officials with W&M Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the property. The building is a 12-story, 220,000 sf office building located nearby the White Plains Transportation Center. The firm provides a broad range of legal in such practice areas as banking and finance, capital markets, e-commerce and international trade.

W&M Properties represented the building owner, the Malkin family, in the lease negotiations. Insignia/ESG in New York City dealt for the tenant.
