International Law Firm Signs Lease for Downtown Branch Office

WHITE PLAINS-Downtown, which has become a haven for legal practitioners, has secured another legal practice. Clifford Chance Rogers & Wells LLP, an international law firm, has signed a lease for a new branch office at 10 Bank St. Downtown.

The law firm, which has 29 offices worldwide, signed a deal for 4,367 sf of space on the fifth floor and is scheduled to take occupancy in January 2001, according to officials with W&M Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the property. The building is a 12-story, 220,000 sf office building located nearby the White Plains Transportation Center. The firm provides a broad range of legal in such practice areas as banking and finance, capital markets, e-commerce and international trade.
