At the same time, it was announced that Ericsson CyberLab NY will expand its offices at 55 Broad St. from 5,000 sf to 7,000 sf. The firm is a collaborative laboratory for testing the commercial application of new media and information technology companies that was created by Ericsson, the wireless communications company, in cooperation with the New York City Investment Fund.

Both locations are equipped with fiber-optic cable, high-speed copper wire and other communications technology to accommodate new media companies in the city's Silicon Alley.Rudin Management, the leasing agent for both buildings, has a portfolio totaling 22 residential properties with over 3,500 units and, when the Reuters Building at 3 Times Square is completed, more than 10 million sf of commercial space in 17 buildings.
