Minnesota Public Radio, which for years has broadcast the folksy and highly popular "Prairie Home Companion" show hosted by Garrison Keillor, will take 16,397 sf of space at 261 Figueroa St. The show, which reaches millions of listeners across the country every weekend, satirizes life in the fictional town of Lake Wobegon.

Figueroa Courtyard is the only campus-style office development in LA's central business district. MPR will use the space primarily for administrative purposes.

The Downtown and West Los Angeles offices of Grubb & Ellis represented the courtyard's owner, LA-based California National Bank. Cushman Realty Corp.'s Downtown office spoke for the new tenant.
