EDISON, NJ-The fifth floor of Raritan Center III here, a Lincoln Property Co. property, used to be occupied by a single tenant. But when that tenant checked out, Lincoln carved out multi-tenant space from the 30,000-sf floorplate.

That faith in the market was quickly rewarded when two computer services companies signed on for the newly divided space. In the larger of the two leases, Red Salsa, formerly known as Frontier Systems, took 20,000 sf for their corporate headquarters. Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman of Woodbridge represented the tenant in the transaction. The Aztec Corp. of Iselin, NJ did Planning and build-out of the space.
