The two-story property is Myers & CrowÕs first acquisition in the Chicago market, according to Mark Saviers, partner in charge of the project. He said the facility will be subdivided for multi-tenant use with a minimum lease size of 27,000 sf. The company will be seeking other local investment opportunities.
Myers & Crow was represented by Gary Fazzio, a senior vice president in the Oak Brook office of CB Richard Ellis. He will serve as marketing agent for the property as well. Hewlett Packard was represented by Chuck Porter of The John Buck Co.
