The building, located at 3362 E. La Palma Ave., was recently built by ANP, an Anaheim-based developer, on an infill site that was hard to find.

"The property was extremely desirable to Econo-Air because of its frontage to the 91 freeway, which provides the company excellent exposure," says broker Rob Socci.

Socci and Brian Corrigan, both brokers with Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office, represented ANP in the transaction. The buyer was represented by Jim Tack of Fullerton-based Tack & Associates.
