Highlands of Lombard Breaks Ground

LOMBARD, IL - Sears The Great Indoors leases space for its second Chicagoland location.

Anchoring the first phase of the project will be a 133,000 sf Sears the great indoors (tgi), a new home/lifestyle design store concept.

Lincoln Property Co. is in the final planning stages for a five-story residential complex, a new concept that offers an interior parking facility surrounded by an outer core of apartments.

Mid-America principal C. Michelle Panovich heads up the construction management services for the project. Plans call for the development to be completed by fall 2002.
