He joined Lend Lease in November 1999 when the company acquired Boston Financial Group where he was CEO. Pratt was one of Boston Financial's founders in 1969. He specializes in the multifamily sector.
Pratt will continue to head Lend Lease's specialized business group, which includes the mortgage banker Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, Housing and Community Investing, Residential Management Services (apartment management), and Senior Housing. Lend Lease Real Estate Investments is a subsidiary of Lend Lease Corp. with $41 billion in real estate and commercial mortgages under management for both institutional and private clients.
