NAIOP Cites Duke-Weeks' Orlando and Tampa Divisions

ORLANDO-Duke-Weeks Realty Corp.’s Orlando and Tampa, FL divisions are the Outstanding Developers of the Year in annual rankings by the Orlando and Tampa chapters of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.

The Indianapolis, IN-based company was cited for breaking ground on 1.6 million sf of office and distribution product with an estimated value of $200 million during 2000.

“These two awards are evidence of Duke-Weeks’ strong commitment to Florida,” Forrest Robinson, the firm’s executive vice president for Florida, tells GlobeSt.com. “The fact that both our Tampa and Orlando groups won the same award speaks to the high-quality property Duke-Weeks continues to develop.”
