New Class A Building Rising at Intersection of New Jersey Turnpike and I-287

WOODBRIDGE, NJ-Edison Crossing Corporate Center is rising on a prime site here, just off of Exit 10 of the NJ Turnpike and its intersection with I-287. The office component of the Wick Cos. (New Brunswick, NJ) project will be five stories high and total more than 167,000 sf. Also on-site will be a business-oriented all-suites hotel with a total of 128 units.

As part of the project’s development, Wick is spending upwards of $1 million for road improvements involving access to the Woodbridge Avenue site. That work is being done in conjunction with Middlesex County and the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
