$14-Mil Boutique Condo Community Under Way at Construction Cost of $411,765 per Unit

HIGHLAND BEACH, FL-Bay Communities Inc. of Palm Coast, FL plans to gets its investment back by selling the 34 homes from $500,000 to $1.9 million per unit. Highland Beach, purportedly the home of more millionaires per sf than any other location in the country, faces the Atlantic 45 miles north of Downtown Miami.

HIGHLAND BEACH, FL-This enclave of the rich and famous, 45 miles north of Downtown Miami, is adding another boutique shelter touch to its community of 3,000 wealthy residents. Bay Communities Inc. of Palm Coast, FL is building Azure Highland Beach, a $14 million, 34-unit, seven-story condominium venture facing the Atlantic on two acres at 3200 S. Ocean Blvd. Construction is expected to be completed by fourth quarter 2001.

The two-bedroom to three-bedroom units, 2,359 sf to 3,339 sf, are priced from $500,000 to $1.9 million. The 107,000-sf building will have 68 parking spaces or two spaces per condo. Frimet Design Associates of Fort Lauderdale designed the project whose estimated construction cost equates to $411,765 per unit.
