The law firm of Jennings, Strouss & Salmon has leased 75,000 sf at Collier Center, a $500-million office development in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. The law firm will occupy the 10th, 11th and 12th floors in the 512,000-sf class A office tower, which is bounded by Washington, Jefferson, First and Third streets.

The firm, with 80 attorneys, is relocating from One Renaissance Square, another Downtown office tower just a few blocks away. The move is planned for next September.

The Collier Center is anchored by Bank of America, which has leased a majority of space in the building for its Southwest Banking Group Headquarters. The law firm of Steptoe & Johnson LLP is also leasing 50,000-sf in the building.

The Collier Center also includes 100,000-sf of retail space. Future development of the 2.5-block site calls for two more office towers and a 750-room convention hotel.
