Macomb County Development Highlighted in Region Study

MACOMB COUNTY, MI - County has highest growth in residential development in the Southeast

MACOMB COUNTY, MI – Over the past decade, Macomb County has grown at a rapid pace, adding homes, businesses, and residents at a rate few Michigan counties could match. If this trend slows, it wont be for lack available space at least not in the foreseeable future. According to Macomb County Communities Profile, released by the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments (SEMCOG), Macomb possesses over 143,000 acres of vacant, developable land. SEMCOG prepared the profile for the University of Michigan and Urban Land Institutes 14th Annual Real Estate Forum, held in November.
