In his new role, O'Hara will spearhead the implementation of new technology within portfolios subscribed to Realeum Foundation. He will work closely with Fandos to develop customer service initiatives, specifically heightening industry awareness of the resident as a valued asset. He is also responsible for customer support, account management, and customer service.
Heiche will shape and implement the overall strategic direction of Realeum's sales and marketing efforts, with a strong emphasis on bringing Realeum Foundation to market. He will drive the advertising, marketing and public relations campaigns supporting the launch of Realeum Foundation, and for future releases of the product. He is also responsible for new business and partnership development.
Founded by AvalonBay Communities, United Dominion Realty Trust, and Post Properties, Realeum is a property-management software for the multi-family real estate marketplace.
